All products are shipped for research purposes only. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all applicable laws are being followed in your jurisdiction.
1. Order Processing
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Orders ship same day when ordered before 3:00 PM MT (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM MT will ship the following shipping day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)
We ship within the continental United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or international destinations. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal to possess and receive in your state and locality. Certain research compounds may be subject to state-specific restrictions or scheduling. We reserve the right to decline orders shipping to jurisdictions where we have reason to believe applicable law prohibits or restricts the product.
All orders ship same day when ordered before 3:00 PM MT (Mountain Time), Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays. Available shipping options and flat rates:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $9.99: Free on orders over $150.
- Priority Shipping (1–3 business days) — $17.99.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $29.99.
3. Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names or branding appear on the exterior of the box. Packing slips describe contents generically as "research materials."
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Lumina Research Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luminaresearchlabs.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Signature Requirements
High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the carrier will leave instructions for pickup or redelivery.
