All products are sold for research purposes only. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all applicable laws are being followed in your jurisdiction.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are research compounds requiring specific storage and handling conditions, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luminaresearchlabs.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement. We reserve the right to request additional verification before issuing a replacement.
3. Refund Method
Approved replacements are fulfilled by reshipping the correct product at no charge. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your original purchase within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Discretionary Refunds & Processing Fees
In the rare case that a refund is issued at our sole discretion outside of the circumstances described above, the refund amount will reflect the original payment minus any non-recoverable third-party processing fees (e.g. PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or other payment platform fees). These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be returned to us, and are therefore not included in any refund issued. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if requested before the order has been shipped. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@luminaresearchlabs.com immediately after placing your order.
