When will my order ship?
Orders paid before 3 PM MT on a business day are dispatched that day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How should these be stored?
Storage conditions are printed on each product label. Keep vials sealed, upright and out of direct light until they are needed. We do not publish handling, volume or preparation guidance; that is determined by the receiving laboratory under its own validated protocol.
Can I return an item?
Unopened supplies can be returned under the terms set out in our refund policy. Contact us first so we can issue a return reference.
