Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water from the compound under vacuum after freezing, producing a stable powder. Lyophilized peptides have a significantly longer shelf life than liquid solutions and are more stable during shipping. All our peptides are supplied lyophilized.

Use bacteriostatic water (Lumina Water) for reconstitution. Standard procedure:

1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature
2. Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab
3. Inject Lumina Water slowly down the side of the vial — do not aim directly at the powder
4. Do not shake — gently swirl until fully dissolved
5. Store reconstituted peptide refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 30 days

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term storage up to several months. Keep vials in a dark, dry location. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

We ship Monday through Saturday — we do not ship on Sundays. Orders ship same day when ordered before 3 PM MT (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 3 PM MT ship the next shipping day. Domestic shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are processed. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
